Chile: Police Use Water Cannons Against Social Outbreak Demonstrators
A group of protesters tore down and stomped on a barricade wall surrounding the General Manuel Baquedano monument in Plaza Dignidad during the 'Social Outbreak' 2nd anniversary demonstrations.
Tens of thousands of people gathered in Plaza Dignidad (Plaza Baquedano) in Santiago on October 18 after marching from different parts of the city demanding justice for victims of human rights violations and the release of political prisoners.
This video shows that the police has deployed the water cannons at the protesters.
