Classic caravan will be turned into a meeting room and office space
Safari Caravans were made in Stroud, Gloucestershire until the 1980s and were considered one of the top brands in the UK. Vix Ashcroft, who runs SpaceHoppers Co-Working in Stroud, recently bought one of the caravans and returned it to its home town. She now plans on using the classic 1975 caravan as a meeting room or office space - an extension of her existing business. Classic Safari Caravans have a loyal following and there's even a Facebook group dedicated to them with almost 1,000 members.
