Japan: Passengers Run, Escape Through Windows After Knife, Fire Attack In Western Tokyo
A 24-year-old man was arrested after stabbing a 72-year-old passenger and lighting a fire on a train in Tokyo on Sunday night, October 31.
This video posted on social media shows the inside of the Keio Line train when the incident occurred with passengers running from the next car in panic and a fire starting in the back.
Passengers evacuated through windows after the special express train made an emergency stop at Kokuryo Station in the western Tokyo city of Chofu.
