In this video you i am squatting heavy weights then changing over to a video where i am taking my paralysed twin sister to a rocky waterfall for the first time since her accident she hasn’t swam. i also am carrying her up stairs at a footy game and last video i’m carrying her site seeing in the northern territory where we are travelling on sand which a wheelchair cannot roll in.

Christina vithoulkas is my identical twin sister that had a motorbike crash 3 years ago . we are very close our bond is stronger then anything and i work away in the mines so i can have a week off with her to spend a whole week with her to do things for her and with her. we have so much fun together
