ROAD RAGE: Angry driver confronts moped rider at a red light (Dashcam Video)
A series of events unfolds in Guishan District as an angry driver starts speeding up towards the rear-end of a moped rider. The driver continues to follow dangerously close to the rider while blaring his horn and chasing him down. Eventually, when they arrive at a red light a confrontation ensues between the driver and the moped rider. Once the light turns green the moped rider follows his lane and tries to leave the encounter however the driver chases him down once again, and this time tries to cut him off and aggressively tries to shove him off the road with his car.
