A customer in Dallas, Texas got a shock when she took a bite of the Big Mac she says McDonalds delivered to her on 16 November.
Marybel Thomas was stunned to taste a red-raw beef patty.
The 22-year-old filmed this video of the inedible burger she says she had delivered by DoorDash.
She received a reply from the fast-food chain, who she says agreed to send a package in compensation for the mishap.
Miss Thomas said: “I realized it was raw when I took a bite out of it and immediately spit it out.
"When I placed the burger back down in the box, I lifted the bun and saw all the pink and that’s when it hit me that the burger was as raw as could be!
"McDonald’s has contacted me and we’ve agreed on a surprise package that’s being sent to my house. McDonald’s is doing their best to make it right and I understand things happen!"
The video has amassed over six million views on TikTok.
