'Whoever says that life can't change in a second must give this ouch-inducing video a watch.
Footage shared by Luis Gonzalez shows a reckless girl skating down a ramp without a helmet or proper shoes.
And to no one's surprise, she ends up taking a nasty fall where she hits her head on the ramp surface.
"This one is going straight into the Hall of Meat, no doubt about that," Luis said.
No additional details were provided regarding the status of the subject following the gruesome fail. Here's hoping she was able to walk away with minimal injuries. '
