Serious floods in Pamplona, Spain

The flood of the Arga River is causing serious damage and many problems in the neighborhood of la Rochapea, where water moves through the streets. Several cars have been trapped and the police are trying to evacuate them. Water is entering the ground floor of many buildings which also causes damage to shops and garages.
