"Tulip is my 7-year-old rescue dog who gets constant love and a multitude of pets from my husband and me!" the filmer, Amy Oliver told us. "However, no amount of pets are enough for miss Tulip, who thinks she’s a lap dog. If you stop petting her for just a second, she grabs your attention by petting you back and giving you puppy dog eyes, and her signature head tilt!"
