'Snowboarder loses balance and hits stomach on rail'
'If PAIN was a video, it would be this one, there's no doubt about it.
Filmed by Jamie Walker, this clip shows the exact moment a snowboarder hit the rail and fell hard on it.
"The video was taken in Mammoth Lakes, CA at Mammoth ski resort," Jamie wrote. "Despite how badly she fell, the girl actually felt fine enough to ride away while laughing about the situation."
Unfortunately, a few days later, the subject would find out that her liver and spleen were injured as a result of the impact.
"It took about 3 weeks before she was able to ride normally, and confidently again," the filmer added.
