Massive flooding in Philadelphia Highway 476 after the Northeast wind
This footage was filmed and produced 9 February 2021.
Severe flooding in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Highway 476 in the center. This main road was under 13 feet of water. The road had to be blocked for 3 days while PENNDOT pumped out water. because there the original pumping system was completely overloaded.
