A British government Cabinet meeting on Monday 21 February, to sign-off Prime Minister Boris Johnson's 'living with Covid' strategy, was delayed amid a free testing row.

Number 10 deny the meeting has been cancelled but have given no reason for the delay.

Footage shows ministers leaving 10 Downing Street after the meeting was postponed.

While the government plans to remove the last of the pandemic restrictions, a plan to end free Covid testing as part of that has come up against opposition.

The end of the video also shows a Downing Street police officer knocking on the door to let Larry the No.10 cat inside.
