A train driver had a tight squeeze - trying to pass cars that were parked next to the tracks. The bungling motorists had left their vehicles just inches from the sleepers next to a market in Samut Sakhon, Thailand, on February 18. Concerned driver Phattadon glided by a black pick-up truck but hit the brakes in front of a silver SUV that he felt could scrape the carriages. Footage shows how he slowed down and honked the train horn until the drivers emerged from a nearby market and shifted their cars. Phattadon said the obstruction caused a brief hold-up for passengers onboard the train to the capital Bangkok but he was able to make up the time. He said: 'Drivers should know that parking so close to the tracks is dangerous. Trains go along this line all day, so they should keep their vehicles a safe distance away. If we scratch their cars they will be angry.' Locals believe that the drivers who parked next to the tracks were from different regions and unaware how regularly trains went by.
