This seemingly unfazed orangutan was filmed as it took a stroll through a forest in Borneo, Indonesia.

Footage shows the great ape standing on its legs and peering around at the camera before setting off on its stroll.

The Borean orangutan is listed as "critically endangered" by the International Union for Conservation of Nature.

The Bornean orangutan is part of the large ape family and is the largest arboreal mammal. This animal has long, matted hair that is dark brown in color, with colors on the face ranging from pink, red, to black. An adult male Bornean orangutan can weigh 50 to 90 kg and a height of 1.25 to 1.5 m. While adult females weigh 30-50 kg and 1 m high. Body parts such as long arms serve not only for reaching for food such as fruit, but also for swinging from tree to tree, using their reach and legs for a firm grip. The pillow-like temples of an adult male Bornean orangutan make the animal's face look bigger.
