Explosions rocked the Ukrainian capital once again on March 15 as Russian shelling hit a residential building in the Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv.

Exclusive footage shows the damaged interior of the building as residents explain where they were when the missile hit.

Nadezhda was asleep when the missile rocked the building: "I was sleeping here (points to bed), and a large fragment fell here how dumb it didn’t hit, I’m surprised, probably God saved me, I ran on broken glass, my blood was everywhere."

Visuals reveal the extent of the damage inside the apartments as windows have been smashed in as well as pools of water building up on the floor.

Another local named Anastasya said: "There was a strong explosion, all the glass flew, all the houses that were in the opposite direction were all left without windows, balconies and doors.

"The children were sleeping, the door could not be opened, it was jammed from the explosion. Four and six floor apartments were burned, there is no water and gas, there is electricity today."
