A resident of Roland in Iowa in the USA watched on in awe recently as massive hailstones pummelled his garden and swimming pool.

The footage captured by Victor Mendoza on February 27 shows the surface of the pool appearing to boil as the enormous chunks of ice hit the water.

Unfortunately, Mendoza's car also took a beating from Mother Nature.

The engaging clip shared by Victor Mendoza shows the devastating scene outside his house. The sizeable chunks of ice can be seen violently streaking into the pool, causing the water to keep splashing upward.

Additionally, Victor's car is visible in the background, as it bears the brunt of the destructive storm.

"Santa finally delivered all the baseballs you asked for," a viewer commented.
