'This was the exact moment a 10-year-old, double-minded girl found out that a half-hearted attempt at doing a backflip is worse than not doing it at all!

Filmed by Randi Weatherly. this ouch-inducing clip shows the said girl swinging in a trampoline park.

At one point, she decides to hit a backflip off the swing but her hesitation to let go of the ride causes the stunt to end in a terrible manner!

"She was trying to do a backflip off the swing but got scared and didn’t let go, and thus, hit the padding in front of the trampoline," Randi said. "By the way, she was not hurt and instead popped right back up."
