BMW hit and run on the road in Richmond Park, London
Terrifying footage captured the moment a BMW driver close-passed and then hit a cyclist in his path, on 9 November 2021.
The cyclist suffered a broken collar bone in the incident.
The driver appeared in court this week and pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention.
They were fined 418 pounds plus legal costs and had six points put on their driving licence.
