This Thai school teacher does impressive football keepy-uppy in Thailand.

Hathaikarn Kamharnpon, 29, showed off her athletic prowess as she kept the tak Sepak Takraw ball in the air using her feet.

Footage shows the teacher in her uniform skillfully bouncing the object while still wearing her leather heels. She also did the same keepy-uppy with a full size football.

Hathaikarn said: 'After I finish work, I like to play with the Sepak Takraw ball. It's a good exercise and is really fun.'

Sepak Takraw is a game similar to volleyball except players can only use their feet, shoulders, chest, and head to hit the ball.

The sport has different variations in southeast Asian countries, including Sepak Raga in Malaysia and Indonesia, Sipa in the Philippines, and Chinlone in Myanmar.
