Every summer, streets in southwest London become home to a variety of Arab-owned supercars, when their owners seek to escape the sweltering heat of their home countries.

Recently London's Kensington and Chelsea council has been reported to be considering a form of 'Asbo' (anti-social behaviour order) to deal with complaints from residents. Locals have been putting up with revving engines, sudden acceleration & braking and loud music.
