Soaring China temperatures deform bottles of soft drinks
Bottles of Coca-Cola were deformed due to high temperatures in eastern China.
Video filmed in the city of Wenzhou in Zhejiang Province on July 9 shows a woman named Wen taking out the deformed plastic bottles of the soft drink that she ordered online.
Wen was heard saying: "This one is too exaggerated. Oh my god, it is too funny."
According to reports, Wen bought a box of bottled coca-cola online. After she received it and opened the box, she saw the plastic bottles were deformed into different shapes.
Wen said to Zhejiang Television: "All family members laughed after we opened the box. The seller laughed as well after we sent the pictures to them and they refunded immediately."
Wenzhou meteorological observatory has issued an orange warning signal (the second strongest level) for the high temperature and Yongjia County even had a red warning signal (the strongest level) for the high temperature as the temperature exceeded 40C for two days in a row.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
