Floodwater knocks over scooter riders after wall collapses in eastern China
Floodwater knocked over two people on a scooter after a wall beside them collapsed in eastern China.
Video filmed in the city of Heze in Shandong Province on July 16 shows a wall suddenly collapsing with floodwater bursting onto the road when a white car and a scooter drove past the area.
The white car got trapped in the middle of the road and the scooter was knocked over by the floodwater and two people on it fell over.
According to an employee from the local emergency management bureau, no one was injured. The floodwater has been drained and the repair work will be carried out.
