Video shows a conservationist releasing several hatchlings near the water's edge in Delray Beach, Florida on Tuesday (July 19) morning.

"Female turtles have been emerging from the ocean, digging nests and laying eggs since April. The eggs take almost two months to develop hatchlings that hatch, dig their way to the surface, and scramble for the ocean. When a nest shows signs that hatchlings have emerged from the sand for a couple of days, turtle conservationists carefully excavate the nest and remove any stragglers," said the filmer.
