There were over 600 passengers stuck in a broken-down Thalys train outside Saint-Denis station in Paris without air-conditioning for several hours on Tuesday evening, July 19. Thalys spokesperson confirmed that the reason for the breakdown was the extreme temperatures.

This video shows a passenger breaking a window so the fresh air could come in, and a crew tried to speak to the people on the platform through the window.
