Billionaire Julia Koch has purchased late Microsoft Paul Allen's two apartments in Manhattan for $101 million.

The 60-year-old Koch bought the apartments from the estate of Allen.

The apartments are located on 4 East 66th street and includes a penthouse and a complete apartment below it.

Allen had paid $13.5 million for the apartment in 1996 and $25 million for the penthouse in 2011.

Koch, who is worth $70 billion according to Bloomberg and is the richest woman in New York City, was married to late billionaire philanthropist David Koch.

The building is undergoing renovation and restoration as of now.
