Locals Soaked By Surprise As Massive Wave Crashes Into The Breakwater
These locals were caught by surprise as they stood at the breakwater watching the waves come in. Most of the waves that came in were fairly small and hardly made a splash but this is what made the spectators let their guard down. Suddenly a bigger wave built up and came soaring over the wall soaking a group of pedestrians nearby.
