An artist based in Gujurat, India, painted a stunning picture of the Hindu god Ganesh underwater in a swimming pool.

Akbar Momin, 66, is known locally for his 3D artwork and started painting during his childhood.

Momin created this artwork to mark Ganesh Chaturthi, a festival celebrating the god known as the remover of obstacles.

Akbar Momin made a special Painting of Ganesha on the special occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi (India's biggest festival) Akbar made a big Underwater painting of Ganesha 12 x 9. Akbar claims that this is the world's largest underwater painting. Akbar said that it took him 72 hours (3 days) to make this painting. Akbar says that he has made this painting of Ganesh Ji with his special colors so that the painting does not get spoiled in water and this Underwater painting is the first largest Ganesh Ji painting in the world.
