Three people, including two women, rode their luck to live and tell their tales, after being involved in an accident in southern India's Telangana.

The incident, which was captured on a CCTV camera, took place on November 3, 2020, in Cyberabad's Rajendranagar area.

Visuals showed the two women ignoring the traffic signal to cross the road, from the right of the screen to the left.

While they managed to cross one lane, they were hit by a speeding biker in the next, as all three fell down.

The rider also got dragged, with the helmet coming off, after coming in contact with the two pedestrians.

Fortunately, it was a non-fatal accident but proves a point about the importance of following traffic signals for pedestrians.
