Chinese herdsman hides behind cow dung to escape charging yak
A herdsman in western China hid behind a pile of cow dung to escape a wild yak that was chasing him.
Video filmed in Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province on September 17 shows a wild yak running fast toward a herdsman.
However, the herdsman hid himself behind cow dung and the wild yak then came to a halt.
As the wild yak did not see the herdsman anymore, it walked away.
A witness named Yang Zhuoma said to Qinghai Television that it was a male wild yak and it looked like it weighed more than 800kg.
