Firefighters rescue a grey kitten trapped inside a water pipe along the Pasar Rebo highway in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The cat was found after a taxi driver heard it meowing. He immediately alerted the firefighters.

Officers found it very hard to get the pet out of the pipe. Their attempt became successful only when they used food to attract the kitten.

The animal was adopted by a local family.
