The Dome of the North Jakarta Islamic Center Mosque Burns to Collapse
A Jakarta Islamic Center mosque located in the North Jakarta area caught fire on Wednesday, September 19, 2022
The fire occurred when the mosque building workers were working on roof renovations, burning asphalt water proofing and sparks on flammable materials so that the fire quickly flared up.
Dense smoke rose high and the flames of apo burned a dome of the Jakarta Islamic Center mosque in Koja, North Jakarta
Hundreds of firefighters who came to the scene immediately tried to extinguish the fire. However, strong winds make the fire quickly spread to other flammable parts
Not long after, the dome of the mosque collapsed because the fire had burned the supporting part of the dome
In this incident there were no casualties but suffered a loss of one billion
