This is the shocking moment a resident fell head-first on the floor when her hammock snapped in Thailand.

CCTV footage shows Pinrudee Chaimanee, 42, scrolling through her phone while relaxing on the cradle when the ropes broke in Pathum Thani province on October 28.

As she swung back and forth, one end was busted, plunging her to the ground.

Pinrudee's friend Chock Permpoon said he was worried she was hurt when he heard her fall.

He said: 'It was quite dangerous because she hit her head. She's safe now but still shocked and recovering from her bruises.'
