Hurricane Nicole: Lifeguard station almost felled by beach erosion
Drone footage captured by Larry Richardson shows Delray Beach before and after Hurricane Nicole approached Florida.
The filmer said: "The first two clips in this video taken with a drone show the beach in Delray Beach after and before the storm.
"The beach has eroded so heavily that it's standing room only and a lifeguard station nearly toppled into the ocean.
"Fortunately, Delray Beach lifeguards strapped the tower in place and hope to move it to higher ground.
"We haven't seen beach erosion this severe since Superstorm Sandy."
