Sydney is in Downtown Riverside in California for an event called the Festival of Lights. Right outside the Mission Inn Hotel & Spa (famously known for hosting prominent figures like Richard Nixon, Ronald and Nancy Reagan, and Bette Davis) is a musician playing the trumpet while his sunglasses-wearing dog howls along. This adorable duo can be found performing every year during the Festival of Lights and is a tradition for many to stop by while they're there.
