This is the amusing moment a woman trying to get in shape had a hilarious fail while learning pole dancing fitness exercises.
Nes Woradalak, 33, was on her fourth session when she froze up while wrapped around the chrome shaft at a gym in Bangkok, Thailand on October 19.
Her posture was fixed by an instructor but she burst into laughter when it was time for her to lift herself up the post.
Footage shows Nes with two instructors helping her up but they ended up giggling away.
She said: ‘It was my fourth time doing the pole dance practice. I really wanted to learn but it's a trial and error to achieve it. What's important is that I am enjoying.'
