Trapped wild roe deer rescued and released by foresters in China
A wild roe deer in a trap was rescued and released by foresters in northeast China.
Video filmed in the Greater Khingan Mountains in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China on November 26 showed a group of foresters disentangling the hunting trap for the roe deer. The released deer then quickly run away into the forest.
According to the foresters, the roe deer was not injured.
In China, the Asian roe, namely capreolus pygargus, is one of the protective terrestrial wild animals that have eco-friendly or economic or scientific research value.
