This dashcam footage captured a close call with a car and an Age UK van.

Steve Wilson, 67, from North Lincolnshire was driving on the A1077 Barton on Humber to South Ferriby when he captured the shocking moment on his dashcam.

The speeding Age UK van  can be seen overtaking a lorry at the wrong time causing Steve to slam on the brakes to ensure there isn't a head on collision.

Luckily Steve was able to brake quick enough to avoid the crash from happening and contacted to company to make them aware of the incident.

A spokesperson for Age UK said: "As you would expect, Age UK would never condone bad or careless driving of any kind. In this case we have learned that the matter was drawn to the attention of the local Age UK and the volunteer was spoken to and warned about their driving in future. The person in question no longer volunteers for the local Age UK."
