The festival called The Chilgapsan Ice Fountain Festival is an annual festival held in the Alps Village, in Chungcheongnam-do Province to be held in early January 2023.
Festivals with giant steps created from ice and snow with famous cartoon characters, or ice tunnels assembled from giant blocks of ice.
With snow sculptures and kid-friendly activities, the annual festival is the prime place to revel in the wonders of the winter season.
The filmer said that she is an international student studying in Korea for nearly a year. And this is her first time attending such a big ice festival
