Spain: Huge Waves Along Basque Country Coast Ahead Of Storm Gerard’s Arrival
Before Storm Gerard’s arrival on Tuesday, January 17, huge waves were spotted along the coastline of Basque Country, especially in Gipuzkoa and Bizkaia. Residents of the area could feel the combination of heavy rain and gusty winds. The strongest wind gust measured was 137 kph in Santa Clara at 5:30 am.
