Michael Waugh captured the hilarious moment at his home in New Brunswick, where his pet cat, Monkey, gets confused by the video on the TV.
He saw the obvious confusion on Monkey's face as he tried desperately to get the squirrel, batting it over and over much Michael's amusement.
Michael said:" I wondered how long the video would keep him entertained."
