Man Runs For 24 Hours And Documents Hourly How He Is Feeling
Uploaded by a Newsflare content partner
A New Zealand man decided to run for 24 hours straight to raise money for charity and gave hourly updates on how he was coping.
22-year-old Mitchell Carlyle is currently challenging himself to run everyday for ten years in an effort to raise money for New Zealand charities.
During this he decided to challenge himself even further by running for 24 hours over the course of two days in November.
He began documenting hourly how he was feeling to see how running for so long in a short amount of time may affect him.
He posted the video online where it has since amassed over 12 million views with many people praising him for his efforts.
Mitchell said: “I did a 24 hour run and made hourly updates of how I felt while recording which were stitched together in the video.
“Most people left me positive comments and gave me support but some people thought it was fake.
“This is part of my ongoing fundraising effort by running every day for 10 years.”
