These nightmare neighbours can be seen throwing food and drinks over each other’s houses in an escalated prank war.

Student Casey Rolls, 22, from Stevenage, moved into a new university house with her friends in Buckinghamshire and soon found out they’d moved next door to a group of lads.

One day, the girls noticed a broken chair had appeared in their garden and believing it was their neighbours, they threw it back over the fence.

This exchange happened for a few days before things began to escalate between the two houses and the pranks got messier.

Over the next few weeks eggs and sauces were thrown, chairs were painted and broken and gardens were filled with rubbish.

Eventually the two groups made friends and since the video has been posted, the lads have since moved out of their home.

The video amassed over 5.7 million views online with many concerned at first for Casey and her friends before helping give them pranking tips.

Casey said: “As much as in the video it comes across as a nightmare neighbour situation, we actually had a lot of fun messing around and pranking each other.

“We were confused originally as to where the chair appeared from but after a while it became a funny game of sneaking around trying to throw the chair back without getting noticed or caught.

“Many people were concerned about our situation thinking we genuinely had nightmare neighbours, however this was all misinterpreted.

“I also got a lot of recommendations on how to prank the boys back, which we did take into consideration and also attempt a few safe and funny suggestions.

“We established a friendship with them and continued to prank each other till they moved out but we are still friends to this day.”
