Woman Shows Off Her Upper Body Treadmill Workout

Anita Mwiruki, 28, attended the gym on July 13th but decided to do something different with her workout.
Whilst at LA fitness in Washington, Anita wanted to work her arms without using weights, so she used the treadmill by walking on her hands and doing pushups.
She posted the video online where it has since amassed over 1.2 million views.
One user commented: "Wow I never thought to do that."
Whilst another said: "Planet Fitness behaviour haha."
