Frantic students put out a barbecue fire with a cup of drink.
Footage shows the pair having a Korean-style grill at a restaurant when their stove burst into flames in Suphan Buri province, Thailand on February 4.
One of the youngsters took the cup from the table and doused the burning grill while his friend grew worried and tried blow out the fire like it was a birthday candle.
Onlooker Jingjoh said: 'It was a pork barbecue grill. Their pan might have been too hot and the grease caught fire.'
No one was reported hurt and the stove was replaced.
