Football fans shower pitch with teddy bears for Turkey earthquake child survivors
This is the heartwarming moment football fans showered a pitch with stuffed toys for the survivors of the deadly earthquake that hit Turkey and Syria.
Spectators threw thousands of teddies onto the field during a Turkish Super League game at the Vodafone Park stadium in Istanbul on February 26.
Players were seen helping to tidy up the donations into piles on the sides of the pitch.
Aside from the plush toys, the sports enthusiasts also donated hats and scarves hoping to keep the survivors warm amid the freezing winter weather.
