This is the video that made Gracie Holway realize that "when we include babies in our lives and in the things we like to do, it enriches both our lives."

In this timelapse footage, Gracie is seen working out and stretching at home, two activities she isn't a stranger to.

But what's special about this clip is that for the workout session highlighted in it, the filmer is joined by her baby girl!

And surprisingly, the little one doesn't appear to be disrupting her mom's exercise routine, and is rather helping her have an amazing time!

"As a ballet dancer, I wanted to get in some time to work out and stretch at home, and instead of doing it at a time when my one-year-old daughter was occupied by herself, I decided to do it with her," Gracie told WooGlobe. "It ended up being a really beautiful moment. To see her dancing alongside me and coming in for snuggles was so sweet."
