This temple is home to thousands of golden Buddha statues in Thailand
This spectacular temple is home to thousands of golden Buddha statues.
The Phuttha Utthayan Makha Bucha Anusorn, or simply the Buddhism Memorial Park, holds a total of 1,250 religious figures that are at least 3ft-tall in Nakhon Nayok province, Thailand.
Footage shows the sculptures lined up across the massive field while appearing to pray to a larger 42ft-tall grand Buddha.
Monk said the scene replicates the Makha Bucha Day, where the Buddha and 1,250 disciples gathered.
It was built in 2012 and is surrounded by trees, mountains, and the Sarika waterfall. It is open every day from 8 am to 6 pm.
