With no bridle, hat, or saddle, Lauren gets on her 'retired' pony and takes it for a run, only to get thrown off in a wild manner.
"I foolishly decided to jump on our retired pony's back for a gallop across the field (he loves it!) whilst turning him out to the paddock - it didn’t go to plan!" the subject told WooGlobe.
