Electrical cables exploded in a hail of sparks as a car drove past.
Dashcam footage shows the vehicle approaching a junction and turning to a street in Nakhon Pathom province, Thailand on April 6.
But a few seconds into the opposite road, the wires above exploded about 15ft away from him with a passerby on the sidewalk.
Driver Siwadon Chantanasawee said: ‘Along that street are many shops and student dormitories. Someone should make sure these cables are safe and working properly.'
