A Russian missile strike on Uman, Ukraine's Cherkasy Oblast, has killed at least seven people and injured 17 others. The attack occurred in the early hours of April 28.

Russia has also carried out airstrikes in other cities including the capital Kyiv, Dnipro, Kremenchuk, and Poltava.

The footage, which was filmed by the Ukrainian police, shows firefighters extinguishing a fire that broke out in a nine-storey residential building after it was hit by two cruise missiles. The video also features images of destroyed cars.

It has been reported that three children were rescued from the rubble.

According to the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs, one person died after being brought to the hospital.
